Notice is hereby given that, for valid consideration in the form of royalties paid to TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS  BY MORO  SRL  or in abbreviated form TSM  SRL  (a company incorporated under the laws  of Italy with Italian fiscal code and VAT number  01876030931  and with an address  of Via Enrico  da Fiume,  32, I-33080 Fiume Veneto,  Italy - hereinafter  referred to as "TSM"), Martin  Grima  Limited  (a company registered  under the laws of Malta with letter "C"  number "10890"  and a registered  address  of The Knot, Triq Ghajn Stas, San Pawl II-Bahar, Malta - hereinafter referred to as "MGL") has obtained a "once-only"  ex tune licence in its favour, of TSM's registered  Community Design (RCD)  no.  003004522-0001,  with respect to all forms of contractual uses  of a design  substantially  identical  to TSM's RCD  no.  003004522-0001 pursuant  to Public  Grant  Ref.  SPD8/2023/104  issued  by the  Government  of Malta in favour of MGL.
